This newsletter is for week ending 18Oct09 Transfer Windows ---------------- The transfer window is not currently open. Check here (http://www.baesystemscharitychallenge.com/fantasyfootball/MOMList.htm) for any future windows. Managers with outstanding transfer fees have already been contacted. Prompt payment would be appreciated. Note: the next transfer window will not be open to those behind on payments. When the transfer window is open, there will be a spreadsheet available from which you can make your transfers, validate them and save them as a text file which can then be emailed to me. Note: this spreadsheet will not be up-to-date until the window opens again. If at all possible, please use this spreadsheet and send the text file it creates back to me to submit your transfers, as it ensures there are no mistakes and speeds up the transfer process at my end significantly. This week saw the end of the latest group stage matches of the CC-FF Cup. Check here to see the latest results:- http://www.baesystemscharitychallenge.com/fantasyfootball/CupFixResStage1.htm and here to see the latest group tables:- http://www.baesystemscharitychallenge.com/fantasyfootball/CupGroupTablesStage1.htm Emails ------ Whenever you do team changes, or pay money, you should ALWAYS get a confirmation email from me from alan.gooch1@ntlworld.com. I process many changes at once, consequently I send many emails into BAESYSTEMS accounts in a short space of time. Occasionally, BAESYSTEMS decide these are spam and temporarily block emails from NTLWORLD, so it may well be that this is the reason you do not get a confirmation email from me. However, as the emails just get binned, I don't get notified when this occurs. Website Updates --------------- The CC-FF website at http://www.baesystemscharitychallenge.com/fantasyfootball/ has been updated with this week's points. If you have made team changes since the weekend they will not appear online until next week (why should your fellow managers know what you're doing?) Each week, I update an online spreadsheet which can be useful for those that wish to print off some of the stats. This can be found at http://www.baesystemscharitychallenge.com/fantasyfootball/CC-FF-WeeklySheet-0809.xls, which is also under the General menu on the website.
