72 qualifiers for Stage Two: top six in each group, plus the best six 7th-placed teams

To compensate for inequal group sizes, for the purposes of calculating 
the best 7th placed teams, results against the bottom team in larger groups
will be discounted.

Each fixture will be a one-week match.
