During the Charity Challenge Campaigns BAE Systems, and it's joint venture companies, encourages employees to focus their attention on the partner charities, through matched funding.

The partner charities are chosen through employee nomination prior to each campaign. The present partner charities are:

UK - Sue Ryder Care

Sue Ryder Care is a leading healthcare charity providing specialist palliative, neurological and community based services. They provide expert and compassionate care and support for people living with serious illnesses and conditions, as well as their families and loved ones. They enable people to get the best from their lives, by helping putting back what these take away: Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Brain injury and Dementia

US - America Supports You

America Supports You is a Department of Defence program dedicated to connecting members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families with individuals, groups, and businesses from the community who want to support and encourage our military men and women. America Supports You currently lists more than 300 non-profit groups that are devoted to helping our service men and women. These groups provide a multitude of services, including financial assistance, sending care packages and letters, and helping our wounded warriors.
